David J. Riley was appointed Executive Vice President, Corporate Development for CMGI in April 2007. In this role, he is responsible for building strategic alliances and leading mergers and acquisitions activity for CMGI and ModusLink. Mr. Riley brings strong leadership and management skills to the role along with extensive corporate knowledge gained through his years with the company.
Mr. Riley joined the organization in 2000 as Director of Finance, and has advanced through the finance department, serving in various roles including Vice President, Finance. More recently Mr. Riley served as Special Assistant to the CEO prior to becoming Interim Chief Financial Officer in June 2006.
Prior to joining the organization, Mr. Riley was a member of the Audit practice with Ernst & Young LLP.
Mr. Riley holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Husson College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
